Shipping and Return Policy
Normally, all products ship from our production facility within 2 - 5 business days of your order. Exceptions may happen from time to time due to various circumstances. Ballistic Artisan is a one-man operation and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
- Most orders get delivered within 3-5 business days from the day of shipment.
- Some orders can take up to 10-15 days for delivery from the day of shipment.
- We only ship to customers who are United States citizens with a shipping address within the United States.
Mostly orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. In some cases, we use other courier companies depending on the location of customer.
- We proudly manufacture and ship all our products from our facility here in USA.
In most cases tracking details will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days. In rare cases, you will receive tracking details in 3-5 business days of order placed. If you are unable to track your order status and it has been more than 10 business days since you have ordered, please reach out to us at info@ballistic-artisan.com
Return Policy:
Our return policy is very simple:
Each product is a one-of-a-kind piece of art. Returns will be taken on a case-by-case basis. If your order is damaged in shipment, please document as much information as possible, including photos and email info@ballistic-artisan.com. We aim to exceed the expectations of each customer, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to reasons other than shipping damage, returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Points to be noted:
- Ballistic Artisan does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges.
- Free return shipping is only eligible for products deemed to be damaged in shipment.
- Your refund will be processed once your return has been received. Please note an item returned without the authorization of Ballistic Artisan may not be accepted and does not guarantee a refund.
Undelivered Packages Policy:
When a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will send you a notification to verify the shipping address before having it re-shipped to your location.
If a package is returned to us for any of the reasons below, you would be responsible for covering the re-shipping costs:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided when placing the order
- Unclaimed package (the shipping address is correct)
- If you wish to change the address and send the package to a different address from the original address provided when ordering.
- If you do not want your returned package to be reshipped, a 20% amount will be deducted from your payment to cover up the shipping, production, and other costs.
Please note that if the order is submitted with an incorrect or an incomplete address and it gets lost in transit instead of being returned, we are not able to issue a refund or replacement at any cost.
If tracking shows delivery at customers location, we will not be able to send replacement or issue any refund.
